He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howard and Frances Howard; and his daughter Elizabeth Noel Howard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sister Patricia Cosby; Christopher (Nancy), Michael (Alejandra), Joseph (Julia), David (Glory Fe), Charles (Luz) and Katherine (Peter). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church (315 NE 3rd St, Washington, IN 47501).
