He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline Travis and Harrison Travis; his brothers, William and Gerald Travis; and his grandson Patrick Kolbe Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Travis; his children, Theresa Travis of St. Augustine, Florida and Lea Travis Fox (Joe) of St. Augustine; his grandchildren, Madeline, Matthew, Andrew, Zachary and Jack; his son Christopher Travis (Dana) of St. Petersburg; his grandchildren, Finn, Eli and Priscilla; his child Martí Travis Gonzalez (Henry) of St. Petersburg; and his brother Thomas Travis (Patricia).
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cathedral Basilica (38 Cathedral Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32084). A graveside service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the San Lorenzo Cemetery (1635 US-1, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
