He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Ruth Johnson-Moffett; his grandparents, Tommy Lee Johnson and Willie Etta Strickland-Johnson; his godmother Lila Price; and his sister Carroll Ann'Sissy'Moffett.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiona Johnson of Atlanta; his siblings, Chet Moffett (Mary) of Erie Pa, Marci Moffett of Boston and Yvonne James (Bobby) of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings' children, Malik Moffett of Bobby James, II., Tommy Moffett-Clanton, Novian James, K'Marley James, Lela Moffett-Clanton and Nia Bowers-Pickens.
