He is survived by: his children, Hope, Itty and Storm; his wife Sarah Shepherd; his daughter Kaydence Shepherd (Devin); his parents, Brenda Hite and Mark Hite; his brother-in-law Christopher Hite (Emily Hite); his nibling Halen Hite; his brother-in-law Ryan Hite (Kelsey Hite); and his nieces and nephews, Delilah, Elowyn Hite, Chris Oden, Tim Shepherd, Carie Adams, Thomas Shepherd and Don Shepherd. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
