He was predeceased by: his father Michael Mader. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Mader (Garrett); his children, Nick Mader (Lauren) and Carese Hernando (George); his sister Susan Grofic (David); his grandchildren, Bryn, Willa Mae Mader, Bailey and George Hernando; and his nieces, Lauren Grofic, Elizabeth Smith and Katherine Grofic.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice, Maximo Presbyterian Church or Grove City College.
