He was predeceased by: his father Morris. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his children, Stacy LeVine, Robyn Kane (Eric), Scott LeVine, Andrea LeVine (Eric), Matthew LeVine and Leslie Weingarten (Sam); his mother Marilyn LeVine; and his siblings, Steven LeVine, Sharon Rosenthal (Dave) and David LeVine M. D. (Janice). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
