He was predeceased by: his parents, Liborio Morales and Magdalena Gonzalez; and his sisters, Miriam Silva, Lydia Rivera and Rafaela Vargas.
He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Diaz; his children, Mildred Morales, Magdalena Morales, Elizabeth Morales, Miriam Maione, Modesto Morales Jr., Jeanne Teague, John Teague, Billy Teague and Jackie Tiznado; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Colon, Janine Valentin, Jaime Hernandez Jr., Christopher Colon, Jacob Hernandez, Jared Hernandez, Monique Canals, Lonnie McGhee Jr., Andrew Charlemagne and Jacob Morales.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory (3530 49th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (5233 118th Ave N, Clearwater, FL 33760).
