He is survived by: his children, Walter Williams, Angela Sedlacek (Jerry) and Shelia Rodriguez (Williams); his grandchildren, Crystal, Terran, Jasmine, Liliana and Olivia; his sisters, Susan LaFond (Clifford) and Karen J. Williams (Ed); and his nieces and nephews, Tracy, Gregory, Michael, Christopher, Jay, Jason and Clifford.
Ray was known for his contributions to the Post, where he curated a library and created a cherished picture wall to honor veterans' service photos.
