He was predeceased by: his former wife Cheryl Ann Higgins; and his parents, Margaret Higgins and Robert Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Jennilee Higgins; his children, Shannon Fitzpatrick (Proinsias), Stacey Higgins and Ryan Street (Rebekah); and his close friend Gary Wallace (Vicki). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
