He was predeceased by: his wife Marguerite Poccia Lowman; his parents, Rosalie (Darling) and Horace; and his siblings, Deborah Lugiano, Douglas, Charles, George, John, James, David, Richard and Danny.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Lowman of New City, NY, Sarah Lowman (Nick Brandt) of Port Charlotte, FL and Brian Lowman; his grandchildren, Alexis, Derek, Jacob, Katherine and Eddie; his great grandchild Mila; his siblings, Penny D'Arinzo (Mark), Karyn (Walt), Clifford (Jo-Ann) and Kevin (Denise); and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Lugiano, Claralyn, Johanna and Joanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
