He is survived by: his wife Elaine Duval (Robillard); his children, Victoria Duval Cline, Michael Duval, Mark Duval and Matthew Duval; his stepchildren, Steve Rushkowski, Kim Gilbert, Scott Rushkowski and Jill Jackson; his sister Delores Noonan; and his former wife Orchid. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bay Pines National Cemetery.
