He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Caulfield and Judy Caulfield (Dailey). He was also cherished by his mother, father, brother, sister-in-law, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that a donation be made in his Tom's name to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Donations may be made through mail or on the website.
