With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas L Conner of Saint Petersburg, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Conner and Mary Lou Conner (Mack); his sister Maureen Mazza; and his nephew Peter Mazza. He is survived by: his wife Linda Conner of Seminole, FL; his daughters, Sonya Keller (Kary) of Davenport, IA and Shelby Schimmel (Jeff) of Coal Valley, IL; his grandchildren, Payton Keller of Bettendorf, IA and Hannah Schimmel of Coal Valley, IL; and his sister Kathy Barra (John) of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory - Rock Island (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be left in care of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
