He was predeceased by: his mother Leslie Holdstein; and his brother John. He is survived by: his father Jack Holdstein; his children, Kaitlin (Bret) and TJ; his wife Lauren; his granddaughters, Danielle and Emily; his sister-in-law Reeny; and his nieces, Sarah (Ian) and Hallie (Trek).
