Johnson, Jr. (Bill); his grandchildren, Amber Johnson McAfee (Louis) of Gold Coast, Australia, Piper Johnson of Martinez, CA and Will Graves of St Petersburg, FL; and his brother Jon Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
