He was predeceased by: his son Keith Ellis. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Ellis and Phyllis Rhoden; his children, Rachel Pettengill (Ken Pettengill), Mathew Ellis (Tiffany Ellis), Bradley Ellis, Joshua Ellis and Christopher Ellis; his grandchildren, Jacob Pettengill, Elijah and Madelyn Ellis; the mother of his children Cindy; his brother David; and his stepsiblings, Steve and Carol.
