He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Miller Tilton and Sarah Pauline Tillis Tilton; and his siblings, Henry Miller Tilton, II and Suzette Tilton Burney. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Whitaker Tilton; his children, Claude Allan Tilton, III (Callie), William Franklin Tilton (Robin), Shelia Tilton Neff (Derek) and Samuel Julian Tilton (Stacey); and his sister Annette Tilton Condos. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the San Mateo Cemetery (141 San Mateo Rd, San Mateo, FL 32187).
