He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lester and Floy Mae Pugh; his son Barry A. Pugh; and his wife Nancy Luchabaugh. He is survived by: his children, Terry S. and Bobbie J. Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Center (720 Hwy 17, San Mateo, FL 32187). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
