He was predeceased by: his parents, Funston Mann and Hazel Mae Richard Mann; his wife Nancy Lou Mason Mann; his brothers, Talmadge Mann, Tom Mann and Joseph Mann; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Waters and Gene Salie.
He is survived by: his sons, John Paul "Pumpkin" Mann, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL and Funston Clifford "Scooter" Mann of Glen St; and his siblings, Bill Richard, Margaret Salie of Glen St and Mary Waters of Middleburg, FL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family members and cherished friends.
