He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. Harvey; his children, Heather Eakin (B. J.) of Glen St, Jackie Wallace (Randy) of Chattanooga, Jennifer Harvey of Florida, Joannie Harvey of Florida and Ryan Keene of Hustonville, Kentucky; his sister Georgia Bell of Glen St; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Layla, Austin, Leland, Katelyn, Garrett, Cameron, Melanie and Chris. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; along with friends.
