He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Starkey and Elizabeth Starkey (Lesko); and his sister Betty Ann Peters. He is survived by: his wife Schan Starkey (Habay); his children, Tricia Feliu (Jorge), Magie Hodges (James) and Jonathan Starkey (Jessica); his grandchildren, Cory Starkey, Savanna Hodges, Gavin Starkey and Miya Hodges; and his brother Robert Starkey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
