He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billie Rape and Robert E. Lee. He is survived by: his siblings, James A. Spindle, Thomas W. Spindle and Darlene Seaver; and his wife Cheryl F. Westlake. He is also survived by three Children, six Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild.
