We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2025, at the age of 80, Francis Henry Neff in Sanford, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neff and Eloha Marie Carter; his parents-in-law, Dewey and Mildred Lalk; his siblings, Ken Neff, Becky Caddell and Bonnie Gary; and his grandson Zachary Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Neff; his daughters, Tami Nelson, Lori Neff, Juli Radcliff (Jeff) and Kristi Corley (Andy); his grandchildren, Tyler Radcliff, Alexandria Corley, Clayton Nelson, Drew Corley, Carter Radcliff, Kaitlyn Corley and Brady Radcliff; his siblings, Jule Loy Gray, Ronald Carter and David Carter (Carmen); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Neff, Sharon Stolz (Ted) and Lyman Lalk (Lori). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (20794 IA-92, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family will direct donations to contribute.
