Holstein Jr.; his sons, Chad T. Holstein (Amber) and Corey R. Holstein (Emily); and his grandchildren, Oliver, Leilah, Lennon, Zoe, Miley and Beau Holstein.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel (5000 Co Rd 46A, Sanford, FL 32771).
