He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin B. Koger and Dolly W. Koger (Patricia); his wife Tatiana; his siblings, Douglas, Jesse, Elizabeth, Josephine and Lillian; and his son-in-law Tracy Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Freeze (Jason), Kimberly Pate (Mark), Richard Jones (Ann), Regina Koger and Karen Koger; his grandchildren, Jaysen Freeze, Tracy Cochran (Amari), Timothy Cochran (Allison) and Charlie Coleman (Ashtin); his great grandchildren, Sadie and Lainey; his grandson Jackson; and his pet Lillian.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory Sanford Chapel (905 Laurel Ave, Sanford, FL 32771). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Park (4991 Co Rd 46A, Lake Mary, FL 32746).
