She is survived by: her father-in-law Norris Hartzog Sr.; her husband Norris Hartzog Jr.; her children, Suzanne Stewart, Norris Hartzog III and Timothy Hartzog; her grandchildren, Austin Riley, Liadan Stewart and Tyler Stewart; her great grandchild Alexandra Stewart; and her half-brother Keith Tillis.
In lieu of flowers Terrie prefers a Donation to Moffit Cancer Center in the name of Terrie Hartzog.
