With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Joy Culpepper (Sanford, Florida), who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Gil Ramirez and Stuart Culpepper; her parents, Lee Owen and Georgia M. Bushwar; her brother Bill Bushwar; and her grandson James Rosenblum.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Rosenblum, Sharren Fields (David), Rob Ramirez (Susan) and Yvette Silvey (Scott); her grandchildren, Stephanne, Jason (Joy), Lily (Mike), Carly (Brent), Sera (Carl) and Scotlyn; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Calvin, Jonah, Cash, Brody, Eleanore and Colton.
