He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Karen Olsson, Christina Olsson, Amy Olsson and Craig Olsson; his children-in-law, Andrew Bujalski and Elizabeth Olsson; his grandchildren, Alexander Bujalski, Irene Bujalski, Thor McGuire, Alantha McGuire and Noah Olsson; and his children, Phil (Rick Frank), Diane, European, Asia and Latin America.
Contributions in his memory should be directed to the Plimoth-Patuxet Museums and the Michael J Fox Foundation.
