The memory of Rene F. Lohser of Sanibel, Florida, who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Rene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rene farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lohser and Margirth Lohser (Fehr). He is survived by: his wife Therese M. Lohser; his children, Marc Lohser (Kristen) of Sanibel, FL and Denise Lohser of Woodbury, NY; his brothers, Urs Lohser (Nenita) and Walter Lohser (Christine) of Switzerland; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Charlotte and Carter.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Et St. Isabel Catholic Church (3559 Sanibel Captiva Rd, Sanibel, FL 33957).
