He is survived by: his mother Margaret O'Neill O'Reilly; his wife Liz Garner; his children, Charles Everet Garner III, Alexander O'Reilly Garner and Cecilia Tooley Garner; and his brother Neil Patrick Garner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
