He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Woodall I and A. Louise Woodall; and his sister Patricia Kleiner. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Woodall; his children, Todd Murdoch (Katie), Tara Cruz (Leo), Ashley Culpepper (Tom) and Daniel E. Woodall III; his sister D. Gayle Fiabane (Bruno); his grandchildren, Emily, Jaxson, Jayden, Tristan and Tyler; and his nieces, Lauren (Andrew) and Elysha (Ryan).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Formerly Celebration Hall (61 Topsail Village Dr, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the North Beach Social (24200 US-331, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459).
