He was predeceased by: his son Robert "Bobby" John Mazzolini; his parents, Adelmo Mazzolini and Lorenzina Rocchiccioli Mazzolini; and his sister Eva Marie Mazzolini. He is survived by: his wife Ursula Ann Mazzolini; his children, Edward Mazzolini (Cindy) of Cumming, Georgia, Katherine Boggs (Patrick), Laura Landstreet (Thomas) of Nashville and Molly Mazzolini (Jason Foster); and his grandchildren, Kelly Mazzolini, Paige Mazzolini, Marshall Mazzolini, Beau Boggs (Alex), Anna Fleming (Peter), Katherine Boggs, Fairfax Landstreet, Eva Landstreet, Edward Landstreet, Bronson Foster, Franco Foster and Renzo Foster.

Due to coronavirus concerns, the services will be private.
