He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Abbit and Lillian Abbit; and his sister Barbara "Bobbi" Shulkin. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Thurston Abbit; his former wife Julie Abbit; his sons, Steve Abbit (Shari), Rob Rolofson (Kathy), Trey Rolofson (Kim) and Chad Rolofson (Nicole); and his sister-in-law Kathy Bohnart. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
