He is survived by: his mother Marjean Spivey; his spouse Michele Bailey (Hughey); his sons, Cole Tanner Bailey, Brett Tucker Bailey and Joseph Tate Bailey; his brother Todd Bailey; his sister-in-law Denise Bailey; his sibling's children, Tyler Bailey (Allex Bailey) and Amanda Bailey; his parents-in-law, Annette Clemens and Bob Clemens; his uncle Paul; his aunt Donna Erickson; Mandy, Duke and Fox.
In lieu of flowers to honor Scott, the family is requesting to fund the BAILEY BRIGADE so they can begin to help others through the year 2022.
