With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert George Stegner of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stegner and Stephanie Stegner; his former wife Jeanne Salak-Stegner (Salak); his brother Frank; and his son Robert S. Stegner.
He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Rogers-Stegner; his children, Lynn Stegner, Brian Stegner (JoAnn), Robin Conway (Patrick) of Watsonville, California, Karen Craig (Tony) of Roswell, Georgia, Denise Stegner and Christopher Stegner (Jennifer) of Crestview, FL; and his stepchildren, John Rogers (Gabriela) of Houston, Texas, Clare Clawson of Niceville, Florida and Clint Rogers (Kim). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
