She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sr. Gilliam and Zettie Gilliam; her husband Paul Scott Sr.; and her brothers, John and Vante.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Jr. (Lajuana), Kenneth (Stephanie), Felicia (Tonya) and Paula (Gary); her sister Margaret; her grandchildren, Felicia, Kenyatta and Kenny; her great grandchildren, McCoy, M'Ky, Jesiah, Jordan, Savannah, Brookelyn, Dakota Rae and King; and her brothers, Walter, Irving (Carolyn) and Rev. Rudolph Gilliam. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
