He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kim; his sons, Anthony, Thomas, James, Ernest and John; his wife Michelle; his son Michael (Kim); his grandchildren, Erin (Wade), Ryan, Kate and London; and his caregiver Michelle Phalon.
