She is survived by: her son Richard Guzan (Kimberly Guzan); her sister Mary VanHorn (Harmon VanHorn); her grandchildren, Patrick Guzan (Rachel Guzan), Richard Guzan, Jonathon Guzan (Emily Guzan), Katelyn Snead (Thomas Snead Jr.) and Thomas Guzan; and her great grandchildren, Emerson Guzan and Stevie Guzan.
