He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Michals; his sons, Brad (Susan), Jim (Margaret) and Doug (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Matt, Mikayla, Ali, Jess, Madison and Katelyn; and his nephews, Jonathan, Jules and Evan.
