She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Sweeting and Gladys Sweeting; her significant other Howard Reid; her son Darrell Reid; her daughter-in-law Sara Reid; and her siblings, Samuel Leonard, Ida Lee and Janice Eunice.

She is survived by: her brother Calvin Bradford Sweeting; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Gragg (Joseph) and Matthew Reid (Janna); her great grandchildren, Marina, Savannah, Katelyn and Mason; her great great grandchild Rosalia; and her family Jesus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
