Carolyn Linz Kaplan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Linz Kaplan of Sarasota, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Neu and Erna Neu (Mayer); her brother Henry Neu; and her husband Rudolf Linz. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Henry (Neil), Wendy Schloss (Jeffery) and Lester Linz (Kathi); her grandchildren, Marc Henry, Elysa Henry, Adam Schloss, Rani Schloss and Angela Linz; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Henry, Lily Henry, Meredith Henry, Kali Timmis and Karlee Timmis.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
