In the vast expanse of eternity, Chiyoko shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Chiyoko farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Platt (Elbert), Irene Gilliam (Michael Gilliam) and Anita Welch Brenner (James Brenner); and her grandchildren, Elbert Jr., James Platt, Christina Platt, Tony Platt and Keith Welch. She is also survived by 6 great grand children.
