He was predeceased by: his parents, John M Smith and Hazel C Smith; his brother Paul G Smith; his sister-in-law Jane Lou Smith; and his father-in-law Robert C Moorhead.
He is survived by: his son Andrew; his mother-in-law Shirley Moorhead; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Stephen and Cynde Mattin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
