He was predeceased by: his brother Allen; and his mother Anne Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Shannon, Amy and Britany; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Colin, Grace, Abbiegail, Isabella, Kai, Cooper, Camden, Corbin, Hannah, Cameron and Keegan; and his great grandchild Max.
