He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Greenberg Gorin (Frumie) and Isadore Gorin; and his sister Judy Sacks. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his sons, Jesse Nathan and Daniel Eli Gorin.

On the light side, David never missed an in-person or Covid-required Zoom poker game with friends, or a Dodgers baseball game no matter what time they played (mostly late at night on the west coast).
