He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Terry); his children, Stephen Charles Lucas, Kimberly Ann Beniquez, Stephanie (Fulton) and Carlos Beniquez; his grandchildren, Ava Sophia Lucas and Charles James Lucas; and his siblings, Donna Wise, Jean McGuire, John (Jack), William (Bill) and Dean (Joe).
