He is survived by: his wife Delores (Dee); his children, Pamela Johnson (Joseph), Mark Dammann (Tim Leach) and Janet Dammann (Dana Locke); his stepchildren, Beth Smith, Chris Leach (Pamela), Scott Leach and Tim Leach (Mark Dammann); and his grandchildren, Brian Schwartz (Kelly), Amy Schwartz, Alex Leach and Jessica Leach.
