She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Mae and Merle L. Shaulis Sr.; and her siblings, Donald, Edward and Sylvia Jean.
She is survived by: her siblings, Merle L. "Buddy" Jr. (Sun Ye), Janine (Landen) and Karen; her sister-in-law Geraldine Shaulis; and her children, Robert Koontz Jr., Michael Koontz (Stacy), Michele Maddox (Art), Brian Koontz (Sabine) and Kristal Moore (Scott). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
