She is survived by: her husband Ralph Maltby of Granville, OH; her daughters, Tracy Rizor (Ed) of Granville, OH, Kelly Welch (Roger) of Cape Coral, FL and Cathy Zeno of Granville, OH; her grandchildren, Morgan Carroll, Justin Rizor, Alex Rizor, Anthony Zeno and Alyssa Zeno; and her great grandchild Bailey.
