He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson Chumley; his son Allen (Tina); his granddaughter Hannah Chumley of Carmel; his siblings, Randall (Ernie Murphy) of Venice, FL, Sharon Knight of Drakesboro, KY and Anita Porter (Penny) of Dunmor, KY; and his brother-in-law Mike Johnson of Crofton, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
